Just a quick post today as we need the internet time to work out where we're staying tomorrow night! (There could be a handy place right in the centre of Wellington if we can find the number! That or outside the IBM building!!)

Just had to post about the whale watching though -- we saw FOUR! I went whale watching a few years ago but just looked at the sea for three hours so this was awsome. We went straight to the first one and had seen three withing the first hour! Brilliant. We even saw a masive pod of dusky dolphins on the way back!

Have you heard the footy news?

Reading up, Millwall down!

They were sperm whales, so called because sailors spend too much time at sea. As for size, they were apparently longer than our boat but we could only sea a tiny bit above water, plus their tails when they dive.

Ah yes, Jo's not too happy about the Millwall news, although she has been predicting it since the start of the season. (Reading will be down again in the blink of an eye! Good news though! Looking forward to the Millwall Reading pre-season friendly.)

We didn't manage to catch Kiri while we were in Christchurch unfortunately. We were only their a couple of nights and I think she went on holiday around then as well- lazy kiwis! :) Hope being back at work isn't too bad Kate!

Ha, it seems that our bus is better than a flat in London! Hot water, heating, no leaks (yet!), a microwave (oh yes!), fridge... and great views out of the window!
