This is a journey...

...but not into sound, even stereophonic sound.

It is, perhaps predictably, a global circumnavigation, although only just, given that, if all goes to plan, it only includes 3 stops and 1 slight pause on the way. The plan is very simple: starting in Southampton we drive past the very handy local airport (not so handy in this case) to fly from London to the first stop in Singapore. Spend three nights in Singapore forgetting about all that boring work related nonsense. Onward to Christchurch in New Zealand, with a couple of nights to recover from all that flying! Spend the majority of April meandering round New Zealand in a camper van which, it turns out, is almost as long as our house! With luck we'll hand in a completely undamaged van in Aukland and spend a few nights recovering from all the driving! Next stop is Fiji for three more nights trying to forget about the impending return to reality, followed by a tiny pause in LA to swap planes before heading back home to collapse in a big heap!

Hmmm, it seemed a lot longer than that when we planned it! Oh well.

Watch out world, we're on our way!

Wow, I wasn't expecting comments! Or, if there were any, I did wonder how polite they'd be! Will have to try and remember Sundays are best.

Ah, this time next week, we'll be on a plane!!!!!
